- Geely's cumulative UK registrations topped 10,000 after 11 months in the market, with more than 5,000 registered in September alone.
- The 100th signed outlet is in Mansfield, in partnership with dealership group Lithia.
Geely Auto (HKEX: 0175) has signed its 100th UK retail outlet less than 1 year after entering the market, expanding its sales network to support overseas growth.
The outlet, Evans Halshaw Geely Mansfield, is located in Mansfield and was signed in partnership with dealership group Lithia, Geely said in a statement on Monday.
The milestone brings Geely closer to its previously announced goal of establishing a network of 100 UK dealerships by the end of 2026. However, the announcement refers to signed outlets, and the company did not disclose how many are already operating.
Lithia is the UK's second-largest automotive dealership group, operating more than 160 stores nationwide, according to Geely. Evans Halshaw is part of Lithia.
Strong sales at the partners' first outlet in Lincolnshire shortly after its launch prompted them to expand their cooperation to Mansfield, Glasgow and Newcastle, Geely said.

The network expansion comes alongside rising registrations. Geely said its cumulative UK vehicle registrations exceeded 10,000 just 11 months after market entry, with more than 5,000 registered in September 2026 alone.
Evans Halshaw managing director Gary Armstrong said the company looks forward to bringing Geely's products to more consumers and continuing to support the brand's long-term development in the UK.
Beyond retail outlets, Geely is also expanding its UK corporate sales channels. In August, the company deepened its partnership with Tusker, adding the all-electric Geely EX2, known as the Geely Xingyuan in China, to its salary sacrifice lineup.
Tusker is part of Lloyds Banking Group. The scheme allows eligible employees to lease new cars using pre-tax pay, giving Geely a channel to reach corporate customers and their staff.
By August, Geely had introduced the EX2, the EX5 electric SUV and the Starray EM-i plug-in hybrid SUV in the UK, catering to different vehicle and powertrain preferences.
The UK network expansion is part of Geely's broader overseas push. At its interim earnings briefing on August 17, the company raised its 2026 export target to 920,000 vehicles from 640,000.
Geely exported 797,670 vehicles from January through September, up 169.37% year-on-year, while domestic sales fell 23.28%, according to data compiled by CnEVPost. Overseas expansion is providing significant support for the company's growth.
