A common structure is a 20–30% deposit with the balance due before dispatch. The deposit reserves vehicles, starts inspection and document preparation, and prevents re-selling or price changes.
Release the balance only after the vehicles, inspection reports and documents match the contract. Avoid full prepayment to unknown intermediaries; it leaves the buyer exposed to fraud or substitutions.
For larger orders, AutoHaina can discuss staged payments or bank-backed terms. All fees and responsibilities are written into a formal trade contract and paid through an official corporate bank account.
