BYD’s new Denza N8 full-size SUV revealed interior ahead of launch in China with a 1.1-meter display under the windshield and a 30-inch touchscreen. The all-electric Denza N8 offers up to 1,003 km of CLTC range, thanks to a 130.15 kWh LFP battery.
On August 31, Denza shared an official image of the N8’s interior. The brand’s officials shared that the new model follows a trendy design language. We can’t agree more, as this SUV adopts a 1.1-meter panoramic screen on the dashboard. A similar element is also adopted by the Xiaomi YU7, the Avatr 12, the Jetour G700, and other vehicles.

Moreover, the Denza N8 was distanced from the traditional rotatable floating screen common for many models under the BYD umbrella. Instead, it has a large 30-inch monitor that resembles a lot of other large crossovers, including the Lynk & Co 900, the Geely Galaxy M9, the Li Auto L9, and so on. The N8’s door cards adopt a combination of conventional door handles with power buttons.
The gear shifter of the Denza N8 sits behind a three-spoke D-shaped steering wheel. There are wireless phone chargers, a block of physical buttons, and a hidden compartment. Other fine features include seat adjustment buttons on the door handles, an A-pillar-mounted driver monitoring camera, and heated, ventilated, and massaged front seats.

The Denza N8 is a five-seat SUV with dimensions of 5150/1999/1820 mm, with a wheelbase of 3,075 mm. It retains the brand’s latest design language with split headlights, semi-hidden door handles, and parallel slim taillights. The entry-level Denza N8 comes standard with a single e-motor on the rear axle for 320 kW (429 hp). There is also a more powerful RWD variant for 370 kW (497 hp).
The top-trim N8 offers a tri-motor AWD system with a peak power output of 890 kW (1,193 hp). Two LFP battery variants are available for this SUV: 105.792 kWh and 130.15 kWh. Its electric range lies between 800 and 1,003 km. It also supports flash charging, charging from 10% to 97% in nine minutes.
The Denza N8 will enter the Chinese market shortly. According to China EV DataTracker, Denza delivered 18,060 cars in July 2026 in China, up 69% Year-On-Year.
